Melbourne Paediatric Specialists’ clinic facilities form part of the newer commercial precinct adjacent to the Royal Children’s Hospital, on 48 Flemington Road which also is the home to the Art Series Hotel, The Larwill Studio.
Building Entrance
Access to Melbourne Paediatric Specialists is via the main entrance to 48 Flemington Road which is also shared with The Larwill Studio Hotel in the building NEXT to the Royal Children's Hospital (RCH).
If travelling East along Flemington Road (toward the city) , the main entrance for our building will be on your left and is AFTER ENTRY 3 and past the main hospital entrance to RCH.
If travelling West along Flemington Road (away from the city) the main entrance for our building will be on your right and is directly after the large blue parking sign for Entry 4, BEFORE the main RCH building and hospital entrance.
Turn right immediately on entering the building to use the lifts on the right side of the entrance on the Ground Level (G) which will take you to Level 3. Alternatively, walking up the one short flight of stairs will take you into the hotel lobby area on the Upper Ground Level (UG) - turn right after the steps to access the lifts which will take you to Level 3. Once on Level 3, exit from the lifts and once you enter through the glass doors, our suites are located on the left.
PAID PARKING
Undercover secure parking is available on site via ENTRY 4 and is charged at a per hour rate with a daily maximum of $34 per exit. Please note: the first hour (or part thereof) is $12.
STREET PARKING - TICKETED
There is a limited number of ticketed 3 hour car parks available on Flemington Road in-front of and along from 48 Flemington Road toward Gatehouse Drive. One hour parking only is available in Flemington Road on the opposite side to our building. Look for two hour car parking further along in Flemington Road past the Royal Children's Hospital and in the neighbouring area surrounding Royal Park and streets such as Gatehouse Drive, Chapman Street etc.
Please allow additional time prior to your booked appointment to accommodate parking your car and a short walk to our rooms.
Public Transport - Trams
Trams 59 and 55 run along Flemington Road and stop outside the main entrance to the Royal Children's Hospital at Stop 19, Flemington Road. Tram 57 running along Abbotsford Street stops close to the intersection of Abbotsford Street and Flemington Road - allow a short walk (3 mins) to the entrance of RCH.
